The dual Finance House Licence enables us to arrange margin facilities for our client at very competitive rates. Our clients leverage on this window to increase the size of their wealth and maximise returns. Clients are required to contribute a proportion of the margin requirement either in cash or with existing liquid securities*

The stocks are however expected to have been dematerialised into a CSCS account in our custody. Margin calls may be made where there as been a diminution in the value of the securities. Investors are allowed to sell all or part of the stocks to take advantage of other market opportunities. The initial tenor for our margin service is six (6) months**. The margin facility may be used to purchase stocks within our approved basket of securities.
